Refund / Return Policy

We hate to have displeased customer satisfaction. At Fusion Graphix we try our very best to ensure that each and every customer is satisfied with our service. We understand that issues may come about during any process and we will be more than happy to acomodate your needs as a customer and supporter of Fusion Graphix. Please read carefully upon our Refund / Return Policy.

Absolutely No Refunds. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS, GRAPHIC KITS, AND ANY CUSTOM WORK. Please rember and take into consideration, when you request a full custom design, you are paying for creativity work. We only accept returns if it is our fault or it is a faulty product. You will need to send back your Return to us at your expense. When returning a product please always use UPS, Fed Ex or the Post Office (USPS). If you choose to use USPS, please request a delivery confirmation. We will need you as the customer; please write the invoice number on the outside of the box. We deal with hundreds of new customers daily, this will help us immediatley track your order. Please also include a note / or letter in the package, describing what you would like changed. We will bill your credit card we have on file to pay for any extra shipping charges upon shipping items back to you.
